SCO will be sued by Polish companies
It's all about the money - says Cezary Cichocki, president of CYBER Service, Polish Linux company. Together with IT ZONE he gave a notice to SCO Group to desist from unfair competitive practicies. Polish companies demanded SCO to stop propagating information about illegal code in Linux kernel without any prove, not to consent other companies not to use Linux in their solutions and to publish a declaration saying that Linux is legal in Poland.
If SCO doesn't fulfill the request of CYBER Service in 3 days, it will be sued for unfair competitive practicies. In compliance with Polish law, SCO will have to prove that Linux is illegal and before it proves it, activities of this international company are counted as illegal.
Go Poland!
