Internationalized domain names
Something interesting from djb about internationalized domain names
Imagine registration of wellsfargo.com with the first o replaced by a Greek omicron: wellsfargο.com. In proper typesetting, and in common Unicode fonts for computers, the omicron and o have the same appearance.
